Hymns to St. Joseph

April 23, 2021Imagine my delight when, as a music director, Don sent me a link to his new book: "A Collection of Catholic Devotional Hymns to St. Joseph". I had noticed that in the average contemporary Catholic Hymnal, it was very difficult to select a hymn the weekend of Father's Day that everyone knows.
I am quite sure that this project sprang from Don's dedication to praising God through his gift of music (Don is currently a tenor in the choir here at St. Paul's) and from a desire to follow God's will during the pandemic.
Thank you Don for this project to inspire others and for making hymns that are in the public domain (which allows people to use them freely without breaking copyright rules) available to church musicians to use in our worship as we honor good St. Joseph.
